Hostess City Dogs
Full brand identity for Savannah doggy daycare.
Brand CreativeThe Brief
The founders of Hostess City Dogs came to us with full trust and a dream of a loving doggy daycare in Savannah. From moodboard to brand style guide, we developed an intentional logo and supporting assets to bring Hostess City Dogs to life. Comprehensive guidelines now set the standard as HCD opens their brick-and-mortar, ensuring consistency across numerous brand touchpoints.
The Hostess City Dogs primary logo brings a playful energy with a wagging dog tail integrated into the chunky, script logotype. The logo exists as a system with secondary versions ideal for smaller use cases.

TYPOGRAPHY
The headline font, PP Woodland, marries the seriousness of a serif with the playfulness of the logo. Exaggerated curves give it a playful energy.

FONT HEIRARCHY
The simplicity of Figtree as the body copy font makes it easy to read and balances out the playful elements of the brand.
